Dr. Sindu Padmanabhan is a compassionate psychologist with over 15 years of experience in counselling, psychotherapy, and mental health care. Specializing in mental health and therapeutic interventions, she is dedicated to helping individuals navigate their emotional challenges and build meaningful change.
She creates a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight, and work through their struggles in a non-judgmental environment.
